Large ensuite rooms in a beautiful recently refurbished hotel. On Dumfries Infirmary side of town centre (easy walk to town centre). Large private car park. Comfortable & clean with peaceful professional tenants (mostly health professionals). There are 2 huge kitchen/dining rooms, a big sitting /dining room & utility room.
The kitchens and sitting rooms are uncrowded as they are huge and a lot of tenants work shifts and/or eat at work.
The ensuite wet-rooms have shower, basin and toilet.
Rent includes gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence for communal TV, wifi, TV aerial point in bedroom. Weekly cleaner for communal areas. 24-hour call-out service for emergencies. House is double-glazed with gas central heating.
Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated at £3 to wash, £1 to dry. (commercial machines- big load).
Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment or studying. Sensible student would be considered. Visit by a peaceful friend would be fine.
Couples/twin beds welcome (surcharge of £50- £60/month).
