Easy walk to 2 supermarkets and railway station. The bedroom, sitting room and kitchen all have a lovely view across the River Nith to parkland and there is a great walk along the river. The kitchen is shared with just 3 other people and one hardly uses it. The shower room is shared with just one other clean female and there are other shower/bathrooms on lower floors so no queues. There are wash hand basins in the rooms.

The house is well-maintained, warm, clean, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.
