Rooms are suitable for one or two people. Housebills included in rent. House is close to town centre, on same side as Crichton campus/ Mountainhall. Large private car park and garden. Short walk to town centre, supermarkets and railway station, 5 minutes drive to Infirmary.

Tenants are considerate professionals and 2 mature students. and the house is very peaceful with a friendly atmosphere.

There are two large, well-equipped kitchens and separate utility room. Main sitting room and separate TV room. Wifi. Sunny place to sit outside and lawned areas.

The rooms have full ensuites (shower, basin and toilet).

Rent includes housebills (gas, elec, water, council tax, licence for TVs in shared rooms). (£30- £55 surcharge for couple/twin tenancy).

Washing machines & dryers are coin-operated - (£4 to wash, 50p to dry - commercial machines - large loads). Other housebills are included in rent.

Wifi is fast (business broadband with fast maintenance service and 4G backup to give wifi at all times).

A pet would be welcome if the landlord believes there wouldn't be problems for the other tenants, the landlord or the animal itself.
