House is close to town centre, on same side as Crichton campus/Mountainhall. Large private car park and a short walk to supermarkets and railway station, 5 minutes drive to Infirmary. Tenants are considerate professionals and 2 sensible students. The ensuites have shower. basin and toilet. Rooms have built-in storage cupboards. Choice of a room with bright laminate floor orroom with a cosy carpet

The house has two big, well-equipped kitchens and separate utility room. Main sitting room and separate TV room. Reliable wifi (see below). Sunny place to sit outside and lawned areas.

Rent includes housebills (gas, elec, water, council tax, licence for TVs in shared rooms, waste disposal). £60 surcharge for a couple.

Washing machines & dryers are coin-operated - (£4 for large load - commercial machines- 50p to dry)

Wifi is fast (business broadband with fast maintenance service and 4G backup to give wifi at all times).
