The room forms the top floor of the cottage, with it's own private staircase. It has a window to the front and one to the back of the building.
The cottage shares a big car park with a larger shared house (Hollybank). The cottage has a kitchen and there is a big shared sitting room in the larger house as well as the utility room. This has coin-operated washing machines and dryers at £3 to wash a large load and £1 to dry - big commercial machines - large loads. Other housebills are included in the rent (utilities, wifi, waste disposal, TV licence for TV in sitting room etc)
24 hour emergency manager callout service.
Weekly cleaner of communal areas.
Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment. Visit by a peaceful friend for an evening would be fine.
