The Hardthorn area is a 4 min drive from town centre by car, 6 min to DGRI and 14 to the college. A Tesco and Aldi are nearby. Ample driveway space for everyone. Quiet house as we all just kip there for job. I’m away a lot but I live there in property so have chosen sound folk to live with.

Come and share my spacious and modern home. This room is downstairs in the extension so it's more private than the other rooms. All bills included. There are 1.5 shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, garden and outhouse. My other room is occupied by a lovely NHS worker. Open to flexible lodger agreements - just ask.

Someone with the same working hours as us preferred (9-5pm Mon-Fri) as saves on energy use during day. A professional or sensible student, just staying here for working week is preferred. Must be really tidy and clean.

Room can be viewed from 16th as I’m currently on holiday. Cheers!
