Rent includes gas, electricity, council tax, wifi, TV licence for communal TV. TV aerial point in bedrooms. Weekly cleaner for communal areas. 24-hour call-out service for emergencies. House is double-glazed with gas central heating.

Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated at £3 to wash, £1 to dry. (commercial machines- big loads)

Strictly no parties as everyone is in employment. Visit by a peaceful friend would be fine.

Couples/ tywin occupancy welcome for a small surcharge (£40-£60/mo)
