It is on the 5th floor, apartment has a lift, in the city centre so bus stops and train station is just a couple minutes walk.

I will be moving out end of June and need someone to take over my tenancy from 1st July onwards.

Bills = £20-£30 (on a prepaid meter)

If you are a student, you won’t be paying council tax.

My current flat mate and I are quiet, friendly and clean people. We want the new flatmate to be considerate of shared spaces, and willing to communicate.
