I’m getting this flat in July time and would like to find a flatmate to share with, we’d need to meet up to discuss bills such as electricity/gas and WiFi. The flat itself has a big living room with dining table and a separate kitchen area. There is only one bathroom however it is also decent sized, there is also a storage closet in the hallway.
