Hi, I am a postgraduate student at the University of Dundee. I have one cosy room that I want to find another student to replace me because my classes will end in April. You can live here until 12 Aug 2024, but you can choose to extend the contract with the apartment team if you want. Also, you will only need to pay till June because I have already prepaid the fees for July and August. This place is quiet and has a loving window view; you can study in your room comfortably and enjoy the sunshine. This flat has well-organized management, and they can respond to any issue rapidly. Also, we have 24-hour emergency calls, and you can find student housekeepers to help you solve problems that you might have. Overall, this is a good place you can study carefree.

By the way, if you take over my turn, the bed set and quilt, as well as the cleaning supplies I bought, could be given to you. You only need to clean them, and you don’t need to buy new ones.
