We have a double bedroom in a family home with beautiful views over the River Tay . We are a married couple who used to foster and have had students staying for the last 5 years all bills are included , including internet all meals are included which we can adapt for food allergies ( coeliac and dairy free ). , with Now Netflix and Prime tv in the bedroom , within walking distance to bus stop 2 mins walk , Dundee 10 mins on bus , every 20 mins , would also consider students from St Andrews would need a car as there is no direct buses , with use of kitchen , shared bathroom , garden with jacuzzi, BBQ and a fish pond , coastal path nearby for walking /cycling. Quite place at edge of estate next to a Farm , with parking if needed, most meals are made from scratch, I bake bread cakes pizza curries etc also make home brew wine and beer, we also have small dog , probably suitable for a student who wants a quieter place or mature student
