Rest of the flat consists of shared living room, kitchen with washing machine, and bathroom, with bath and shower. Heating is via electric central heating with smart meter. Bills are included in the £400 per month rent, as students, we are exempt from Council Tax (our responsibility to register with Dundee Council). A returnable security deposit of £300 required and if under 21 a guarantor (parent/guardian) is required when contract is signed.
