Looking for a mature, quiet, clean flatmate. You'll be free to edit/decorate the room as you please although I'm sure you'll want to keep the pink curtains. TV (optional) - If you want it on the wall just let me know.

Professional male, easy going, respectful of others and their space. I have young children who visit occasionally although we spend most of our time in Edinburgh with family.

Local Gym is within walking distance with a retail park nearby too. Neighbours are quiet, nice street overall. Town centre is around a 20-30 minute walk.

PLEASE NOTE: The flat is a little outdated. The plan is to rent the room out & cover the cost of renovations/upgrades over the next 1-2 years.

The living area will be out of bounds initially but will have it finished with-in a couple months.

Rent is £400 per month plus deposit.
All bills included in the rent.
