DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE - room available in our bright, cozy flatshare in north Dundee. Ideally for 4-6 months but could potentially be longer or shorter if you needed.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen & living room and is also double glazed throughout with gas central heating and has big, south-facing windows Looking out onto our local park.

There is ample free on-street parking available just outside our building.

The location is handy for Dundee Technology Park, Ninewells Hospital and the James Hutton Institute. We also have a really big supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Bills (gas/electric) are usually around £35 per person per month but it's very variable at the moment.
