Large Top floor room in a 4 Bed flat. Comes fully furnished and is super bright, Two bathrooms in the flat so you’ll be sharing with only one other person! Kitchen is huge and fully equipped and has a large separate living room with tons of natural light. Great location on Perth road and super close to the uni with outdoor space. Room does have a large damp stain on the wall from a previous roofing issue. The issue has since been fixed and the landlord is just waiting on decorator’s to repaint so it’s just purely cosmetic.
Current flatmates are a female Doctor at Newell’s, and a male medical student at Dundee University. There is another open room so the fourth flatmate is to be seen,
