I am looking for a flatmate to move in! Ideally I’d be looking for a girl to move in, must be tidy and okay with dogs as I have a 3 year old Labrador.

The flat is in the west end of Dundee (DD2) just off magdalen green. There are three of us in the flat at the moment with a mix of students and working professionals. We are tidy and ask the same of our future flatmate. Rent is £700 pcm but includes all bills such as gas + electricity, water, WiFi etc. The Flat has its own entrance and a ring door bell for extra safety. There is a dedicated parking space for this flat in the car park for a car.
