The flat is right in the centre of Dundee so it is ideal for getting around, public transport is great (there is a bus stop right outside). It is a 2 minute walk from Dundee Uni and 7 min walk from the overgate. Free parking 2 minute walk or on street paid parking right outside.

Current flatmates are all girls between 18 and 23, mix of student and non student. Some of the girls will be living here for a few years so ideal for someone wanting to stay for a while!

Room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk and chair. Plenty storage space (large cupboard & drawers).

Flat is 1st floor, has a secure entry door and CCTV outside and in stairwell.
