We have a newly decorated double room for rent with its own shower room and kitchenette cum sitting room. 

The rooms are on the ground floor of a detached house with double doors to its own patio garden area. There’s also a big garden at your disposal. 

Located five minutes walk from North Queensferry train station with around three trains an hour to Edinburgh Waverley - and the journey takes around 20 minutes into Edinburgh.

Rent of £600 per month is paid monthly in advance with a £600 deposit. Rent includes electric, council tax and access to wifi. 

About us, we are two men in their late 50s. As freelancers we work from home a lot. Both of us are clean and quiet so we’d be looking for someone similar. LGBQT+ friendly applicants would be welcome. Unfortunately we can’t host pets or couples - single applicants only. 

We don’t have a cleaner so you would be responsible for keeping your rooms clean.
