Hi im danny 39 and im looking for a professional or student female to rent a large room in a very quiet family house, just me and my daughter who stays with me now and again. No guests im afraid and is only for a single professional. Im back from work just after 9pm most nights. Its just the room you get. There are 2 bathrooms, you get 1 bathroom to yourself. And shared kitchen, which is free and empty every day so can cook in peace. Parking available and a garage and garden too. Some days i stay at my girlfriends. So house completely quiet and empty.
