Hi my name is Laura, I live with my 7 year old very well behaved clean and calm cockapoo Ruby! Ruby is hypoallergenic for anyone who is allergic and does not shed hair.
There is currently a temporary lodger occupying the single room who is very friendly and tidy.

I'm looking to rent out my spare double bedroom, which I have recently decorated. It includes new furnishings and bedding including a wardrobe, drawers and smart tv. Tenants can also use the large recently refurbished kitchen diner, cozy living room and modern bathroom any time. There is also a lovely suntrap garden to the front and a large secure yard/drive at the rear which can also double up as a secure parking space.

I am situated in the Garden Farm area of Chester le street and have lived here since 2002. The area is family friendly and neighbours are lovely. It is situated within close walking distance to local schools, shops, takeaways, pubs and restaraunts. Transport links are great with the station being a short walk away aswell as plenty of buses going to Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland.

Price includes all utility bills including council tax and unlimited EE fibre broadband.

The tenant I'd like to take on ideally must be clean, tidy and respectful. Must have a good sense of humour and like dogs as I have one myself.

About me...I'm a very laid back person, love cooking, gardening, watching films and going for walks. I'm very respectful of everyone's space and privacy and am flexible on tenancy dates and duration.
