Hi, looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy on a 2 bed house in Bowburn (15-20 minutes on the bus from Durham) from end of april onwards after they move out.

£75 pppw bills not included, fully furnished, 6 months then rolling monthly contract. Double bedroom (has mattress just not pictured),large living room, parking space at the back

Lived here for 4 years, and you can move in from april onwards- flexible on length of stay. I'm a 26yr old professional working in the local area, so mainly looking for a postgrad/professional; preferably a woman 21-30, lgbt friendly.
