We are live-in landlords (couple). The double room is available for just over 6 months (until the end of September). This is a good option for a professional looking for a good value, quiet short term lodging as a stop gap over the spring-summer months.

The property is in a quiet, suburban street with off street parking. We have a small garden with gardener that visits fortnightly, handling maintenance. There is no cleaning included in the rental and the lodger will be asked to keep the room and shared living areas in good upkeep.

As it is a quiet suburban area, we have a "no parties" rule.
