The rooms have a double bed, bedside table, clothes rail, and chairs with access to a communal kitchen, dining, living and utility areas. There is a desk that we can put in the room if you'd like. Located on the main road in Langley Moor, with a bus stop nearby - it's 10 mins on the bus from Durham city centre.

Currently, me (working from home and postgraduate) and my husband (working from home) live here with one other tenant (postgraduate).


Queer, trans, and neurodiverse-friendly home. Preference for people who are neuodiverse, trans or queer. Everyone in the house is LGBTQ+ (inc trans) and neurodiverse. This room would work for anyone at Newcastle or Durham Universities, with our house on the X21, X46, 49, and 49A bus routes. There is also on-road parking available.
