Hi there xx I’m a 26-year-old student at Durham University and I am moving out of my accommodation to move back home to get a job since classes have ended. I am looking to see if someone would be interested in taking over the lease for the end of my agreement. I live in a shared flat with 3 others, and myself. You have a double room with an en-suite on the first floor.
I am offering a reduced charge in my rent to make it more attractive. I’m willing to negotiate. I don’t believe someone should be paying the full price. I’m happy to cover some of it. The process would be that I would have to give your name to my accommodation, and they said you would pick up the monthly rent, however, I believe between us we can come to an agreement of 50/50 which means you'd pay half of the proposed accom fee posted.
I currently live at Regatta Place, in Dragonville, Durham. Personally, I think it’s a great location next to retail park it’s so convenient for shopping. The rooms are lovely amenities are covered. Please let me know if you’re interested. I’m willing to have a discussion about it and I can be flexible about dates.

You need to be enrolled with Durham University, or about to enroll in the coming academic year. Would be perfect if you needed to come over and enrol in a summer school, get a job, or just enjoy Durham in the summer!
