Private bathroom, Shared kitchen (flatmates rarely cook and the landlord provides plenty of kitchen equipment), Sunny room with great natural light, Clean and well maintained

Landlord: very friendly and responsive to any requests!!

Location: DH1 , close to Ernest Place and big Tesco

Flatmates: share with 2 boys, both DU students. They are both very friendly and respectful.
