You would be sharing with Judith(30yrs) and myself, Judith has just completed her studies and has found employment and I am a professional.
Situated within 3 miles of Durham University, the University Hospital of Durham and the train station. The local bus into the city centre passes 6 times an hour Monday to Friday and the journey takes 15 minutes.
Included are bills, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, parking, shared living area and garden with patio. Suitable only for a tidy, respectful, non smoking person.
The property is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, we prioritise keeping the place clean and tidy which includes the kitchen, it just makes life so much easier.
We are surrounded by good cycle, walking and running bridal ways and quiet country roads within close proximity with the local shops only 100mts away.
I have experience of students and professionals staying from all around the world over many years and enjoy meeting different people.
Short and long stay welcome, no minimum and no maximum, weekly, monthly or yearly basis available if required, no locked in contract.
Pillows, mattress and a quilt are supplied if required but no bed clothes provided for hygiene reasons.
