I'm going to be gone over the summer from July until the end of September (whenever the term starts again) and hoping to sublet my room to anyone in the meantime.

The accommodation is a large flat and has all the needed facilities - a kitchen, a sofa, etc and the room is in really good condition and has its own bathroom. It's located right in the city centre, but is still in a private and quiet enough location. Really pretty views over the river as well, which may be a nice bonus.

Also, there is a high chance the flat (which is quite large) will be more or less vacant over the summer, with all the students gone, so you may have the space to yourself.
