Hi all!
I am looking for a flatmate to take the second bedroom of my 2 bedroom flat to live with me.
The flat:
📍8 minute walk from Ealing Broadway Station- access to Lizzie, District and Central line
2 bedroom flat with bathroom, large open plan living room with reclining sofas and table.
The room: has brand new kind size bed and frame (note photos show room without frame, that as it's in the post arriving this week!)
💵 £850 a month including bills including council tax (council tax band E in Borough of Ealing)
⏰ Open to different lengths of contracts depending on what suits you
About me: I'm 27 years old, born and bred in Ealing so have lots of local recs, and I work with the NHS in a 9-5 job that is work from home 2-3 days a week. I love rugby, sports and going out for good food and coffee.
This flat is LGBTQ+ friendly and no smoking or pets allowed (would have loved a dog but building doesn't let it!) I am looking for someone who is happy to socialise and have fun times as well as having our own space. I am always stocked on Diet Coke, so if that too is your vice, there will always be a crisp one waiting for you in the fridge 🕺🏻
