Hello,

I'm moving out of the UK so I have to leave my beautiful room in Ealing. The room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The house, located in nice & safe street 5min walk from Ealing Broadway station, is shared with two women (both professionals).

EE broadband (ultra fast), garden, parking spot available, bath tub and various other amenities...

The house was originally unfurnished. We had to furnish it all.
Shall you have to replace me as tenant, you should expect the following costs:
FIRST MONTH £2694 (includes deposit + home appliances + furnitures for living room & bedroom to be paid to previous tenant and first month of rent to be paid to landlord)
NORMAL MONTH £859 (rent all bills included)

The house is rented through an agency so all will person selected by the tenants will be reviewed by them as a final check point.

The other tenants are very easy going and both have a very busy professional life so although we enjoy the usual house drink/dinner, the house is usually quite calm. We are all working from home several days of the week and the house is equipped for that.
