We are delighted to offer a room available in a 4-bedroom family house, just a four-minute walk away from South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line) and a 10-minute bus ride/25-minute walk from the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway. South Ealing is a lovely area and we're within a 10 min walking distance of 4 parks.

The room rent will be £650p. m (£900 for 6 weeks) and this includes all utilities. The deposit for the room is equivalent to one month’s rent.

The room is 220cm by 400cm and has a small double sofa bed, cupboard, and bookshelves. There is also additional storage space elsewhere in the house, as well as desk in a dedicated study room that you would have access to if you needed to work from home.

House:

The house is a shared family home with a spacious garden, large kitchen, and open plan living area. There is a lot of space for home working with a dedicated study room as well as tables within the shared area and the garden if the weather allows. The house has three bathrooms, all with showers. You would share the spacious main bathroom (pictured) with a maximum of two other housemates and only one for the majority of your stay. The garden is large and well-maintained. There is storage space for bikes.

Housemates:

You would be sharing the house with 3 others for the duration of the lease. This includes a professional male and female in their mid-20s and a female guest in her early-40s from Ukraine. The son of the owners will act as a live-in landlord for the duration of your stay. We also have two cats - one is mean and the other is nice. We’re a social household and enjoy sharing meals and cooking together.

Who we are looking for:

We would be looking for a young professional in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties who is a good personality fit with the rest of the house. We are open to postgraduate students studying an MSc or PhD.
