You will be sharing with the landlady - a female artist and 11-18 teacher. Lots of art and artefacts adorn the walls plenty of art books and travel guides.

You are expected to be respectful of your flatmate - clean and tidy and help to keep the flat clean.

If you are coming from abroad the room has bedding and covers - you can use all the cutlery/ crockery within the property.

You will have the flat to yourself between 4 & 6 times a year when it is school holidays.
