It is located in a nice, peaceful neighbourhood and has great transport connections. It is a 7 min walk to Ealing Common station (Piccadilly and District lines) and 5 min walk to West Acton station (Central line).
It is about 15 min walk to Ealing Broadway, which has all the shops, restaurants and bars you might need. Also nearby are Sainsbury's, Tesco 24 hours and large Morrisons.
Bills that are included in the rent are Council Tax, Water and Internet. Gas and Electricity bills are not included and they come every month.
Bills never exceed £50.

£150 deposit is required.

Room is only for a non-smoker.
