I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful, large house. The house has a big living room with plenty of space to relax, as well as a lovely garden that’s perfect for enjoying some fresh air or a quiet moment outside. With three toilets in the house, including one ensuite, there’s never any hassle in the mornings.
You’ll be living with three friendly and easygoing flatmates who keep a calm, respectful home environment, but are also up for a chat or a movie night every now and then.
Bills are around 120-150£/month, including water, electricity, gas and council tax, and there’s a deposit of 894£.
The room came unfurnished but we can discuss it if you’d like to keep any of the current furniture.
On street Parking can be booked with the council but, if you don’t have a car, West Ealing (Elisabeth line) and Northfields (Picadilly) stations are about 10-15 min. walk.
It’s a residential area, so it’s quiet at nights, but it also has lovely cafes and shops nearby, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl, all within 10-15 minute walk.
