I am looking for a male/female roommate to share this awesome apartment. You can pick whichever room you like better.
The apartment is situated in a great location, 5 - 10 minutes walk away from Northfields underground station with Tesco right across the road from the flat. The living room has two spacious sofas and a large TV. Kitchen is fully equipped (together with the washing machine).
The shared bathroom is large. The backdoor garden of appropriate size greatly complements this apartment.
The rent is £700 per month (plus initial 700£ deposit).
Total bills should be around £200-250 (each) per month.
A little bit about myself. I recently moved to London to pursue my dream career in 3D design. I am an easy going person who will respect your privacy and make sure that the shared areas are clean. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies and stand up comedy.
