Hello! We are looking for a third female housemate to join our home. The fully furnished room has a lovely window and includes a double bed, and various storage (i. e. hanging rail, etc.). The flat is located on the top floor of the purpose built victorian flats, and has a shared spacious living room, bright sunny kitchen, small balcony, and bathroom with a large tub. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, your own cupboard for food storage, and a section of the fridge and freezer for food storage as well. Rent is £540 pcm, bills not included. Bills are split equally and come to about £80 per month. We live in a Council Tax D area.

The flat is situated on a lovely street that has all your basic shops like a Co-op, local bakery, grocer, a few cafes, some pharmacies and even two charity shops! It’s a 10/15 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth, Central, District and Circle Lines) with the bus stop just across the street- two buses come every 10ish minutes. You can also walk 20 minutes to the Ealing Broadway area which includes a shopping mall with larger shops like Morrisons, TK Max, and M&S. There’s a huge park just 5 minutes down the road as well, perfect for walks and fresh air.

We, Misa (22F) and Lauren (22F), are looking for a kind, friendly, clean, and respectful flatmate to enjoy this flat as much as we do. We enjoy making meals together, watching films, and finding new spots to explore and go charity shopping. We acknowledge downtime after long busy days is a must but we want to spend time getting to know each other too!
