The rent is £316 per week, inclusive of all bills.

The studio has a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and some drawers and shelves. There is a breakfast bar with two stools, fridge, microwave, sink and two ring cooking hob.

The building has a communal room and (payable) laundry room and secure entry.
