I am looking for a guy in his twenties to take over my room in South Kensington between 25 July and 27 August for 1500pcm. Move in and move out dates are somewhat negotiable. The apartment was recently renovated and boasts an incredible terrace, two bathrooms in marble and a spacious living room. You would be sharing the flat with two friendly 25-year-old Spanish guys working in finance.
