The flat was fully refurbished a year ago. You'll have exclusive use of a very large (23 sqm), bright room with:

• A high-quality, handmade Willow & Hall sofa bed with a proper spring mattress. It folds away for extra space during the day.
• Your own fully fitted kitchen, dining table and washing machine.

The bathroom is the only shared space. The flat is on the 2nd floor, no lift.

Location:
Zone 1/2. 2 minutes' walk to Earl's Court Station (Warwick Road entrance), 3 minutes to West Brompton. Buses C1, C3, 74 and 328 are 30 seconds away, and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital is within walking distance.

Rent and bills:
£950 a month, 4 nights a week. Everything included: council tax, water, energy and high-speed Wi-Fi. Deposit: £250.

About me:
I'm French and have lived in London for 11 years. I work long hours, so we're unlikely to see much of each other during the week. I value a clean, quiet and peaceful home: not a party house! No couples or overnight guests, for either of us.
