Looking for a wonderful person to take over my room in this gem of a flat in South Kensington / Earl's Court. I've absolutely loved living here over the past year and am leaving on the 16th November to move in with my partner.

The neighbourhood is safe, green, and has excellent transport links. The flat is a 6 minute walk to Gloucester Road station and 8 minutes to Earl's Court, with access to the Circle, District, and Picadilly lines. For the overground, West Brompton station is a 13 minute walk away. You'd have plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes on your doorstep, including three large supermarkets (Sainsbury's, M&S Food, and Waitrose) within a 5 minute walking radius.

The top floor flat has an abundance of natural light, access to a roof terrace and private garden, and comes fully furnished. The double bedroom has plenty of storage: a built-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, under-bed storage, and a bedside table. For those working from home, there is space for a desk in the living room (I'll be taking mine). The kitchen has modern appliances, including a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer. The living room /dining area has a 55 inch Samsung TV, comfortable L-shaped sofa, and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has both a shower and bathtub.

You'd be sharing the flat with my wonderful friend who works in law. She splits her time working in the office and from home. We're looking for a working professional, ideally in their mid-20s. Females only.
