I'm looking for a friendly, clean, non-smoking lodger, happy to not wear shoes in the flat, and preferably vegetarian.

Although I'm a live in landlady, the common areas are all for sharing fully, like with a flatmate. I'm a full-time PhD researcher and mostly work from home.

The room is available now. It's £880/month including bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband). The deposit is £750. (Council tax band C.)

The flat is furnished, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, big living room and a kitchen. There is a dining table in the living room, which can be used to work on. There is also a balcony that curves round the side of the property, with space to put chairs and sit.

The flat is on a road off the main road, and there is good parking available. It's 0.9 miles to East Finchley station (0.7 miles if you take a short cut), and there is a bus stop each way 2 minutes' walk away. There is a small shop 3 minutes' walk away, and three supermarkets 0.6 miles away.
