You will be living with 3 female Paramedics (one Aussie & two Brits). Aged 23-25. We are shift workers, and we need you to be very mindful of this. As we do regularly need to sleep in the day time, and can come and go at random hours of the day. We would prefer if you didn’t work from home… sorry. We aren’t allowed pets either :(

It’s a 10-15 minute walk to East Finchley Station (Northern Line). Otherwise a 3 minute walk to bus 263, which takes 5-10 mins to get to East Finchley station, or 20-30 mins to get to Highbury & Islington station.

We are on a 12 month lease - resigned at the end of August, so are already a month into it. Essentially how it works is… when you’re ready to move out, you need to keep paying rent until you find someone to replace you :)
