A decent size double room + a small studio/lounge/walk in wardrobe will be available for a single person in 3 bedroom flat in East Finchley from 31st May 2024. The flat is located in a lovely neighbourhood, close to all local amenities (Budgens supermarket and Iceland is literally round the corner). Bigger Sainsbury's is around 15 min walk as well as Waitrose and Marks and Spencer 20-25 min walk. The closest underground station is East Finchley (Northern line).
Both rooms are included in the price and will be yours and yours only - the rent will comes £725pcm + bills, which I expect to be around £170 (Council, electricity, water and Internet).
About the rooms:
First room is a decent size double room furnished with double bed, sturdy double size wardrobe, chest of drawers and a storage unit. The second room is a small room (bigger than a single box room) which can be made in to a study/office room, your own lounge, walk in wardrobe or whatever you want it to be really.
You'll be sharing with 2 professional females working full time. We both are very chilled (no drama kind of people), friendly, tidy and respectful of everyone's personal space.
There's a beautiful communal area just outside the flat where you can have barbecues in the summer time, come out to get some tan, enjoy the sun, read a book, plant a tomato or do some flowering.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances - microwave, oven/hob, washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer kettle and toaster.
We are looking for a person who is willing to treat the house as their home. You will also need to pass all the references with the agency.
