3 lovely tenants, 22-30. One's a graduate student and two are working. House will be two men two women after I find the new housemate. There is not a living room but the kitchen is really large and big enough to host a few friends if you fancied doing that. If you're older than 35 please do not apply as I will not reply.

House has a great garden for the summer, a large shared bathroom and an extra separate toilet. It's a period house with good high ceilings and a peaceful atmosphere with tenants who get on well.
