Hi, we have available a spacious double room for a single person. The location is East Finchley (Zone 3) about 5-7mins from the tube station. Rent is £750/month plus Gas and Electricity bills. One month's deposit is also required. Included in the price are Council tax, Water bill, and the Internet. In the house lives a Slovakian guy, who works as a gardener girl from New Zealand and a guy from the UK who works as a gardener. The flat is quiet, not really a party place. Also, there is one mini Jack Russel dog/ girl, very friendly very often staying with our friends. The room will be available from the start of August.
