I'm letting a large double room in a 4 bed house that I own and live in. The room is clean and tidy but I'm afraid rest of house gets a bit untidy, bikes etc.
There are 2 toilets/showers to share and most of the time a spare room for guests to stay. I've got my daughter's 2 cats, confined to kitchen & garden and my son & daughter drop in whenever.
Very easy going and pretty quiet. Full use of lounge, kitchen, garden & everything. Available mid January 2026.
