Double room for one person (lady preferably) who works in an office during the week.

Cheap rate for the summer at £590 until September. October to April room rate is £620 mainly due to the increase in energy cost. All bills included. No party girls, alcoholics, time wasters, third party enquiries, or guest sleepovers please - there is a reason why I am stipulating this due to mickey takers.

We all like a clean place so I hope you know how to clean up a little to keep up the hygiene standards that you may have.

A pretty garden, huge kitchen, one shower room and one bathroom. A decent size desk and office chair also included if needed. The room is a good size which the photos don’t show.!

You can see it all on a Video call before viewing arranged as I have many responsibilities and time poor.
