I have a double room in a peaceful houseshare for a quiet female. It's close to East Ham tube, and a short walk to the popular, vibrant high street.

Westfield Stratford City is about 20 minutes away on tube or local buses.

The room's fully furnished with TV, broadband and storage space. Desk optional.

You'd be sharing the house with just one other, a male who is friendly but very respectful of others privacy. There's also a large garden and pond, in need of some care, but relaxing during summer.

If you're typically calm, considerate, and would prefer a spacious houseshare, this may suit you.

After letting for a good few years in London, I've found females tend to make better, more respectful housemates..

Friends or family can visit anytime, but for general peace and quiet, not partners. Hope that makes sense. Cats welcome, sorry no dogs.
