Hello! Our previous long term housemates have decided to move abroad after the whole covid thing, and so we have a spacious double room available to rent in our amazing penthouse apartment. Great connection with a 2 minute walk to Hackney Central station & 8 minutes stroll to London Fields or broadway market. We have a top floor balcony that looks out over a shared garden that can be used for BBQs or to relax.

The room itself is big and bright with exposed brickwork & has enough space for a double bed, desk and wardrobe plus plenty of light from the large double windows. There is a large open-plan living / dining / kitchen area, with a nice big sofa & projector for movies & again plenty of light with windows on both sides. The room is £1000 pcm, plus bills and comes unfurnished It will be available from July 30th and we’re hoping to find somebody who will stay long term.

We are two cohabiting creative professionals,1 female & 1 male who work from both home & nearby studios. We are pretty relaxed & not massive party goers but like to share beers with friends, bbq & catch good vibes. We are looking for a friendly like minded professional, late 20s or early 30s, ideally no couples or pets, to come join us living in Hackney.
