Hi hi!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Upper Clapton indefinitely :-) I'm living here on an indefinite sublease (I'm not on lease) so you would have the option to either be added to the lease or to continue subletting as I am. Whatever you prefer!

Room is £770 + bills which usually come to about £100-160 depending on summer/winter.

Room gets lots of light and is on a quiet street.
-  7 minute walk to Rectory Road Overground
⁃10 minute walk to Clapton Overground
-  Loads of good bus links
⁃19 minute walk to Biddle Brothers

It's a 3 bedroom flat with a patio and garden in the back. It’s not the largest room in the world, living room is amazing with good speakers and projector setup, nice kitchen, garden is lush and area is a dream. The living room has 3 large floor to ceiling glass doors that let loads of light in.

The current flatmates are quite friendly, kind, and social. During the week everyone does their own thing with work but the weekends are more social. We'll usually have some drinks with one another and go out to some pubs or gigs. We also like to have dinners with one another on occasion.

Jens (m) 27: Danish producer who works in film. He's super laid back and has lived in this flat the longest. Likes to cook and listen to NTS while hanging in the livingroom

Alejandra (f) 40: Spanish nurse who works most days of the week whether it's day or night shifts. She is an amazing cook and also plays guitar in a noise band. Loves listening to music and hanging in the livingroom as well.

The flat is usually very clean as everyone is tidy and keeps the space comfortable to live in. We have a cleaner who comes every Friday to clean the common spaces.

Jens and Alejandra are looking for someone who wants to live in a home and mesh well with them. They'll usually have some people over on Friday and Saturday before going out. They like being social with their flatmates and want the living space to feel shared and have everyone contribute equally in curating a nice place!
