Super beautiful and comfortable flat. Honestly I have been living here for a year and a half and I would have never moved if it wasn't to be relocated by my company.. We were the first people to live in here so everything is brand new and perfectly functional. There is a FREE 24/7 gym in the building (once again brand new and for residents only) and an amenity space/workspace open again 24/7 that also has a coffee shop(Mon-Fri) which makes it perfect if you are working from home or if you are a freelancer.
Flatmate is a very nice, respectful and clean guy that is pretty much never at home. So it feels almost like living alone in this beautiful place. There are a lot of details that I can talk about as this flat is honestly incredible for what London has to offer these days (quality price report is over the roof)
No deposit required (I will tell you the full story when we meet). There will be some referencing which as a new tenant you will need to pass with the landlord and the only criteria you need to match is 2.3x the annual rent (£38,640 guaranteed basic salary minimum) in permanent UK income.
Flat is available from 15th of May. Maybe earlier if we agree on it. And the existing contract is until the 25/10/24 which can be extended if agreed with the flat mate/landlord.
