Hi and thanks for reading this listing - hopefully it's what you've been looking for :)

The place:
A duplex (2 floors) flat in a new-build apartment block. There is a gym and concierge services provided for residents. It's a quiet, well-kept residential development.

There is an open plan kitchen and living room - the communal area is extremely nice and homely, and important to serve as a place for people to relax, socialise and feel comfortable. We plan on keeping it that way, so hopefully you do too!

You will share a bathroom + 2 toilets with one other flatmate. The third flatmate has their own ensuite so won't affect this

There are two(!) lovely outdoor areas - the first is a nice outdoor rooftop garden - great for soaking in some sun, socialising, having people over, enjoying the summer etc. The second is a side terrace running down the side of the flat - smaller but still nice. Both offer skyline views across the expanse of London :)

Your room:
A spacious double bedroom on the top floor of the duplex. You share the top floor only with the ensuite bedroom, and a separate bathroom that's for your use.

There's a big floor-to-ceiling window that floods the place with natural light, and shelves drilled into the wall. So the room has lots of character and functional space too. Comes with standard furnishing, plenty of space to put your own desk and bits in too.

The people:
- This is a friendly, safe space for people to live comfortably and feel like they can be themselves. It is important you are kind, open-minded, easy-going and chill.
- No particular pressure on hanging out and doing social things altogether if you don't want, but it would be nice if everyone happens to click well :) more importantly, we try be considerate and not disruptive of whatever other people may want to do.
- We are a smoker's household so do please bear that in mind.
- We are LGBT friendly, pet-friendly, and generally human friendly :) if you consider yourself a chill human bean feel free to reach out

THIS FLAT IS AVAILABLE ON A SHORT-MEDIUM TERM BASIS FOR NOW, ONLY. Sublets extremely welcome and considered :) otherwise if you're interested but unsure then just message and reach out and we can always discuss further

Rent: £1050pcm plus bills which typically comes under 100. So estimates of £1100-1150 all in, I expect bills to be cheaper than average as we enter summer period anyway.
